The Silver Award

This looks in depth at the product or service of a company. The user submits an Environmental and Sustainability Policy pertaining to their product or service. 

Key areas are given to report upon, in a simple and structured fashion that will enable an assessor to evaluate and rate the product or service. It is clearly outlined what is expected of this document, in order for it to serve a practical purpose within an organisation’s product or service and in order for it to serve as a means of evaluation.

It may be that some companies have an existing Environmental Policy that can simply be added to, or amended before submission. In other instances, where a company does not have an existing Environmental Policy or feel confident drafting such a document, can be employed to produce this by one of its environmental consultants with, and on the behalf of the company.
